Submitting Your Work

Are you a professor or a researcher at the Geneva Graduate Institute, or working for a department or a research centre, and would like to submit a publication? Send the pdf file (or the book reference) to Claude Aeschlimann or Catherine Brendow. If the file is a pre- or post-print of an article accepted for publication, please also send a copy of your copyright contract.

Would you like to deposit your work yourself? No problem, anyone with a Geneva Graduate Institute login can do so. However, the record will only appear in the repository after validation by the administrators.

How to Deposit a File

  • Login (link top right) with your IHEID credentials
  • Click on the "Submit" link and select the type of publication (article or book chapter/book, paper or report)
  • Select the document type, fill in all the mandatory fields, and as many of the optional fields as possible
  • Do not capitalise the title "title style", and do not capitalise the first letter of the subtitle:
For example: Taming the global financial cycle: what role for the global financial safety net?
  • Do not forget the "p." after the number of pages
  • If one of the authors is a professor, or if the paper has been produced by a research centre, do not forget to select the correct department/research centre from the drop-down menu
  • Upload the file, and select the correct access option, restricted or public (public is the default option).

Each submission will be reviewed and validated by a librarian, before it appears in the repository.

If you have any questions, please contact Claude Aeschlimann or Catherine Brendow.
