Be careful with the due dates! We do not do any returns on Sundays or public holiday!

Log in your Switch-edu ID account to check the due dates.

After the due date, you will receive reminders by email on the preferred address you put in your Switch-edu ID account :

For standard loans (28 days):

• Free reminder: 1 day after loan term
• 1st paying reminder: 7 days after loan term → 5 fr. per documentary resource
• 2nd paying reminder: 14 days after loan term → an additional 5 fr. per documentary resource
• 3rd paying reminder: 21 days after loan term → an additional 10 fr. per documentary resource

For short loans (7 days):

• Free reminder: 1 day after loan term
• 1st paying reminder: 4 days after loan term → 5 fr. per documentary resource
• 2nd paying reminder: 7 days after loan term → an additional 5 fr. per documentary resource
• 3rd paying reminder: 10 days after loan term → an additional 10 fr. per documentary resource

Make sure to check your spam too! Fines go up quickly!

If we do not receive any news from the person who has not returned the documentary resource after the 3rd reminder, we will transfer their file to the Accounting Department which will invoice the price to buy a replacement copy plus 60 CHF of administrative charges per replacement copy plus the amount of the fines for the delay of each non returned documentary resource.
