Development, Environment and Agriculture

The Library has an extensive collection in the field of environment, economic development, sustainable and rural development.

The acquisition policy is based on the teaching and research subjects of the Institute, and the main areas of collecting are:

Development

  • Development economy, development aid
  • Public policies on development, impact evaluation and implementation

Environment

  • Environmental policies and economics 
  • Climate change and disasters: mitigation and adaptation policy, climate finance, climate risks
  • Natural resources and commodities: governance and resource management, exploitation of natural resources and conflict, deforestation
  • Energy: energetic transition policy, access to clean energy in developing countries, renewable energy, green technology, energy efficiency in developing countries
